First established in 1999, the BASF Sports and Recreation Committee, in short BSRC, was initiated under the direction of the HR department to help organize social and sporting events throughout the year to bring together the entire BASF family. The ultimate aim is to achieve a form of “People Verbund” where the very diverse population of employees that comes from multi-national and multi-cultural backgrounds get to be integrated socially.
